Horror, Sleaze and Trash.

Hilda I. Ortiz Clayton was a U.S. Arm combat photographer. On the 2nd of July, 2013, was documenting the training of the Afghan National Army soldiers at Jalalabad, Laghman Province, Afghanistan. She was in the middle of photographing the live firing of a mortar but the shell exploded while in the launch tube. This was the last photograph she ever took. She was just 22-years-old when she died.
