Abul Djabar was a serial killer from Afghanistan who confessed to killing at least 65 people, although the number of victims is said to be way above 300. Djabar’s choice of victims were known to be men and young boys. He would supposedly strangle his victims with a turban while raping them repeatedly. Djabar was arrested by police while trying to kill another victim and he was sentenced to death. Two innocent people had previously been accused and executed for the murders. Abul Djabar hanged on 21 October 1970.
