Salish Sea Feet - Since 20 August, 2007, a total of 16 of human feet have been discovered washed ashore on the coast of the Salish Sea in British Columbia and Washington. Five of the feet belonged to men, one belonged to a woman, and three others were from an unknown gender. As of 2012, only four of the people have been identified. What makes the discovery even more astounding is the fact that no other body parts have been washed ashore other than feet. One theory is that foul play had taken place, with the bodies being weighed down and the feet being separated due to decay.
