Semantic Blockage

"Raleigh Theodore Sakers (July 9, 1926 - July 25, 2000), aka Rollie Sakers, was the angry old man that can be heard on Sublime's album Robbin' the Hood, and Unwritten Law's album Elva. Kelly Vargas, a friend of the members of Sublime and a former drummer for the band, had a brother named Matt Vargas who worked at a halfway house, where Rollie resided. His parts of the album were recorded when he was in said halfway house and released as 'Raleigh's Soliloquys'. There is also a Rollie bootleg titled "Psychosemantic Blockage" which includes over 30 minutes of his ranting about everything from fellatio to politics."
