"a couple years ago i watched a documentary about a family of people in some eastern european country that all walked like this. they were all kind of slow and everyone thought they just didnt have the mental capability to stand up right and walk. some researchers came in and took a look at them and said there was nothing physical holding them back from walking. they just needed some physical therapy and some instruction. they put in some parallel 10 foot long hand rails for them to practice walking up right with.
they went back about a year later and the shot they had was of the one in the family with the least amount of hope of walking, walking (albeit super wobbly and drunk looking) over the crest of a hill with a cigarette in his hand. i dont know if ive ever seen a happier person, he just wanted to be able to walk and smoke at the same time."
